{"id":221,"date":"2023-04-22T10:06:45","date_gmt":"2023-04-22T10:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/locationow.film\/terms-and-conditions\/"},"modified":"2023-04-23T08:14:30","modified_gmt":"2023-04-23T08:14:30","slug":"terms-and-conditions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/locationow.film\/en\/terms-and-conditions\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General conditions of service for production companies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Checking the availability of a location on certain dates is a free service<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locationnow will verify the validity of the insurance to third parties and that the form of payment is in agreement before starting the filming or photographic session.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locationnow fees are 20% of the total cost of each location reservation.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locationow&#8217;s fees for a location permit will be charged in full in advance.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locationow&#8217;s fees for a location agreement will be charged in full to the production company\/agency\/professional, before the shoot or photo session begins. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The production company\/agency\/professional undertakes not to close an agreement directly with our location owners. It is prohibited to request, accept or make any payment of Ad Fees outside of the Locationow Platform or Locationow Payments. If you do so: You accept all risk and liability for such payment and you release Locationow from any liability for such payment. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/><strong>General conditions of service for owners<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Owner registration on Locationow is free<br\/>The owner receives 100% of the price set by the owner or the price negotiated between the producer and the owner<br\/>The owner has insurance on his property\/location. Locationnow obligatorily receives a security deposit from the production company to cover any type of damage produced.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/><strong>Reservation of visits<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The visit consists of carrying out an on-site inspection of a location and making contact with the owner and the producer.<br\/>The producer requests a visit reservation once the request is accepted by the owner:<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>\u25cf The producer is charged a deposit of 100 euros for each visit.<br\/>\u25cf Contact information is unlocked: emails and telephone number to make an appointment for a visit.<br\/>\u25cf In case the location is chosen, the deposit will be deducted from our final fee once the total payment has been made<br\/>of the reserve. In the case of not being chosen, the fee of 100 euros will be charged.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cancellations and refund of reservations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Locationow&#8217;s cancellation policy works to ensure that all parties are protected.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br\/>\u25cf Notice of more than 7 days = 80% refund of the reservation.<br\/>\u25cf Notice of more than 72 hours = 40% refund of the reservation.<br\/>\u25cf Notice of more than 24 hours = 25% refund of the reservation.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Modifications<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The producer\/agency\/professional can reschedule under the following criteria:<br\/>\u25cf Both parties must agree to a new date within 90 days of the original production date.<br\/>\u25cf Each time the date of a reservation is modified, there is a rescheduling fee in which the fee for each time<br\/>that is rescheduled is \u20ac100.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/><strong>Damage to locations and security<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25cf The producer\/agency\/professional is responsible for leaving the property in the condition in which it was delivered. In the event an owner claims otherwise and provides evidence of damage, including but not limited to photographs, the production company\/agency\/professional agrees to pay the cost of repairing such damage.<br\/>\u25cf Security deposit: The production company\/agency\/professional agrees to provide us with a security deposit, the<br\/>amount will be determined by each location owner (the Deposit). In the event damages are claimed,<br\/>will release the location owner&#8217;s deposit within a reasonable time of receipt of such<br\/>claim notice. Locationow is not responsible if the collection of any amount exceeds the deposit and also<br\/>if the damage is greater than the deposit.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br\/><strong>Taxes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The amount of the rates does not include taxes (VAT), or official rates, or extraordinary expenses that may arise<br\/>during negotiations.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Booking synchronization service for owners<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Booking synchronization service includes:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Synchronization of reservations with sales channels (Booking, airbnb, Locationnow&#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that the occupation of your space coincides in all the portals, without double reservations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synchronization with the main OTAs in the market (Booking, airbnb\u2026)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensures that reservations made on one portal are detected and blocked on other portals for that period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locationow offers free booking synchronization service for 1 month free. Then the owner will pay \u20ac9.99 per month for said service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Highlight your property<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Those owners will be able to be part of the featured TOP of Locationow location searches for 6 months for \u20ac9.90.
